Box Jumps
 

Thursday -11 July
Tabata: 6 rounds
20 seconds work: 10 Sec rest
Pushups
Situps
Air Squat
High Pull

 

Friday – 12 July
The 75s
75 Push Press at 95
75 Bar Jumping Burpees
75 Pullups
You break these down however you wish:
1 x set of 75, 3 x 25, etc…
