Tuesday:

“Sweaty Balls”
TEAM WORKOUT (teams of 2)
You will run together and carry your Med ball with you when you run!

Run 1/2 lap
20 Wall Balls (split)
run 1/2 lap
20 Burpees (split)
each team member run an individual lap while teammate hold med ball
20 Med Ball Situps


Wednesday:

3 rounds
800M Run
25 Kettlebell Swings
25 HR Pushups

Thursday:

5 rounds:
5 Power cleans 95/135/185
10 GHD Sit-ups
500M Row / .25 mile run

Friday:

"Cindy XXX"

Complete as much as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
30 Squats
15 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
45 Squats
20 Pull-ups
40 Push-ups
60 Squats
25 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
75 Squats
30 Pull-ups
60 Push-ups
90 Squats
