3 Lateral burpees over bar
3 Clean and Jerk

Wow, this was harder than it looked - burpee / clean and jerk combo is a killer.  Hard to cheat a burpee when you have to clear a bar.   I did not get all the weights down but I certainly felt rough.  Clearly this was a case where your form is important.

For the record we all beat Creekmore.
