YOu will run together and carry your Med ball with you when you run!

20 Wall Balls (split)
run 1/2 lap
20 Burpees
run 1/2 lap
switch ball
run 1/2 lap
20 Med Ball Situps
 
WEDNESDAY, 20 NOV
No IG Team,  long cardio day!
 
THURSDAY, 21 NOV
5x5 Squats
3 rounds of:
10 Front Squats (135, 95#)
20 C2B Pull Ups
50 Double Unders

FRIDAY, 22 NOV
5 rounds for time of:
5 Deadlift (185, 95)
12 Kettlebell Swing
12 box jumps, 24" box (20" box)
12 Sumo Deadlift high pull (use your kettlebell)
