Front Squats (135, 95#)

Doing pretty good on our squats, remember doing 135 and going all the way down is better than a half rep at 275, don't be a "half rep Harry".

---update#1---
I have to add (in my defense):
Force is a function mass times change in velocity (Acceleration)
Work is a function of Force across distance
so: Work = m*a*d since I had to move a larger mass (me) across a greater distance it logically follows that I had to do more work, ergo it took me longer to accomplish that
