Start no less than bodyweight on 1st set and go as much as you can 2nd and 3rd set

Run 2 miles on your own


Wednesday (G,W,M)

50 Thrusters
30 Pull-ups

Thursday (G,W)

"Kettlebell Hell"

3:00 rounds, resting 1:00 between:

1 - 25 KBS, 15 Burpees, AMRAP KB Snatches
2 - 25 KBS, 15 Burpees, AMRAP KB Clean and Jerks
3 - 25 KBS, 15 Burpees, AMRAP KB Goblet Squats

Rest 5 minutes, then repeat once more.

5K Run Outside if weather permits
